We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the sales process. The Sales Representative will also be expected to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Sandy Lake Implement and our products sold in a positive and professional manner.
• Ensure customer needs are foreseen, expedited, and accurately carried out.
• Answer phones and assist customers in the showroom.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide customers with quotes using business management software, while negotiating as necessary to secure the sale.
• Perform product demonstations
• Estimate delivery of equipment to customer based on delivery schedules.
• Engage with Sales Manager when needed to complete the sale of answer customer questions.
• Evaluate trade-in equipment and reports to Sales Manager to determine value.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in business management system.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain current knowledge of financing rates and programs to assist customers with securing the purchase of equipment.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment and equipment of competitors.
• Complete online product/financing training courses and attend sales meetings as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Outdoor Power Equipment Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
